Comment: A group of cells that secrete both attractive and repulsive chemicals. Cells chemotax towards/away from the attractant/repellent. This hybrid cell-agent-based/chemical-continuum model mimics nonlocal interactions of cells (agents) with attraction-repulsion Morse potential. It can demonstrate cell clustering, cell spacing, and other dynamics.
