Annual DIPP 5-day course on Spatio-temporal Pattern Formation in Cells and Tissues

This course on modeling and simulation of pattern formation spans the entire week from Monday morning till Friday. We teach the mathematical concepts of ordinary and partial differential equations and of agent based models. Models are developed hands-on for specific experimental questions and data. Simulations are performed using the Morpheus software. The course is offered annually in the fall/winter semester.
